Pokémon type chart

Full Pokémon type effectiveness chart: what each of the 18 attacking types is super effective against, resists and cannot hit.

How to read it

Each row is an attacking type. Super effective moves deal double damage, not very effective moves deal half, and some types cannot hit others at all. For a Pokémon with two types, the two multipliers are combined: a Grass attack against a Water and Ground Pokémon such as Swampert deals four times the damage.

Knowing these match-ups helps in several PokeVS modes: Type mode asks for two-type combinations, Survival often uses type prompts, and one Top 10 category ranks the type combinations with the most weaknesses.
